Rendered image is complete black

Hi everyone,

Thanks to the help of you guys here i thought i finally found out what was wrong with my materials. But one problem gets solved, another araises.

Pic below if my finished rendered image in 3ds max

And this pic is when i open it from my files.

Anyone know the cause of this? because i really dont know anymore.

If anyone with the same problem sees this, if you change the render output to .tiff you do get a colored image at least.
