Project file saved in 2017 version, can't open in 2015

I recently purchased a 3d model but it's saved in the 2017 version of 3ds max, could anybody possibly help me and convert it to 2015 or 3ds max version 1700? I don't want to upgrade to 2017 or higher just yet.
