Hi; ive been currently using 3dsMax for a few months now along with Mudbox at a college course I am doing though as of this morning; both programs stopped working. 3dsMax would crash as soon as it opened and Mudbox would even start up. After trying to fix the issue; I gave up and decided to uninstall and re install. Only issue is to re install 3dsMax, my product key is not working. Does anyone know what might have happend before and what I may be able to do now? Is there any reason my product key is no longer working; is there a way to possibly get a new one? 
Also Autodesk Application Manager is no longer opening either.

For the product key, you can look up your corresponding product key from here. Product keys are fixed per product and version.
