Problems with 3dsmax design 2014!

Hi, i'm using the 3ds max design 2014 student version and i'm having problems.

The first one is when i started the program appears a window with a message saying:
'MAXScript Auto-load Script Error - C:\Program Files\Autod.......' and i cant read the rest of the message because i can't expand the window. (I i'll send to you a print screen of it.)

And the other one is the coordenate xyz from move and rotate and it is too much small, and i don't know how to change to the normal size. (I'll send to you a print screen of it too)

Regarding the first problem - I think you have installed a version of Vray that is incompatible with Max 2014. You might want to check if you're using the appropriate one.

To fix the 2nd problem just use the + and - keys to the left of backspace to adjust the size of your transform gizmos. In your case you would need to hit + 5-6 times to get it to a more comfortable size.
