Problem with Vault Dialog prior to Opening File

Every time I open a .max file, I get an annoying Vault pop-up. VERY annoying especially when using Backburner unattended... I have even uninstalled Vault from my system. What to try next?

Shift T to open asset tracking.
Then go to options -> Disable Auto Login.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately for me, Asset Tracking became corrupt to I had to re-set 3ds Max. Only then, could I turn that off.
