problem with installing 3ds max 15

hello everyone I have this annoying problem when trying to install max ´15, i ran as an admin and deactivated antivirus...never had this problem before..OS is win 10 64 bit..I´m really on edge here cause i can´t figure out what the problem is

Hello;

Can you please try to disable User Account Controls in Windows

-Open control panel

-Go to path: Control Panel\ User Accounts and family safety\ User Accounts

-Click on Change User Account Control Settings

-In the UAC window, decrease the amount to Never Notify and hit OK.

-Restart your computer

-Right click the installer and Run as Administrator.

Please let me know if this fixes your problem

Hello, i tried it all...somehow i managed to install 2016 but 2015 still won´t install..i get the feeling that my Bitdefender is the source of the problem, i tried giving Max.exe a firewall exception but i get all sorts of errors whil trying to install other programs whichse an internet or network connection. even though Mudbox and Maya installed without any errors whatsoever
