Problem with Extrude, Bevel, Insert (not equal dimensions)

Hello 

I have problem with using Extrude, Insert or Bevel. Polygons scale are not equal in X Y dimensions, just look at this picture.

Please help me fix it

 

//Btw. in New Scene everything works fine

This happens when objects are scaled non-uniformly on object level. Apply and collapse a "Reset XForm" (Command Panel/Utilities).

Sure 🙂
Never EVER! scale objects at object level, no matter if uniformly or not.
Simply enter any subobject level and scale there.
