While importing from AutoCAD, some blocks are moving when others move, and if I unlink, they spread randomly in the scene, any idea?

With imported AutoCAD files, blocks are elements or collections of elements that are parented to a helper object, usually called *block.  Since the *block helpers and their associated elements are instanced, if you move the child object in relation to the parent helper, that change will be broadcasted to all instances of those blocks.

With your object selected, hit PageUp to select the *block helper object and move that.  Or, try exploding all the blocks in AutoCAD before importing.
