Accepted solution

Hello @Anonymous,

I'd like to help you with the civil view error you are getting.  Some users in the past have reported that problems like this one can be resolved by deleting the CivilView.ini file located at:  C:\Users\(Your User Name)\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2016 - 64bit\ENU\plugcfg_ln

Once you do so you'll have to reselect your units in the configuration window by clicking on "Civil View" on the main 3ds Max menu.  If this does not work for you, please list your OS version and we'll keep looking for a solution.

Please hit the "Accept as Solution" button if my post fully solves your issue or answers your question. This lets me know that I was effective in helping you, and thank you for doing so

Best Regards,
