populate is not working in 3dsmax 2019

when i hit the simulate button showing "missing populate data'

help me to solve this.

Hi @Anonymous 

Thanks for reaching out with your issue, the Populate Data is installed independently of the main 3ds Max installer, here what you have to do to install it:

1. click Yes in the Missing Populate Data Dialog, a download of a zip file containing the Populate Data will start
2. Extract/uncompress  the populate5.0.zip file using winrar, 7-Zip, etc. 
3. double click on the extracted populate5.0/PopulateData2020.msi file to start the install
4. No need to restart 3ds Max once the install is done, simulate will work without displaying the Missing Data dialog

Also in 2018 version Populate not working AT ALL: no characters generated, NOTHING. What is happening every year with this bugs?
