Overwitten autobackup file

Hello, I have the following problem: I have saved the file I am working on in the autobackup folder and now the file is overwritten. Is there a way to restore it? Very urgent! Thanks

The Autoback will save a couple of versions, so you may be able to recover something you did a few hours before. Unfortunately, if a  file is overwritten there is nothing you can do.
