OCIO Error: 'Color space 'srgb texture' could not be found.'

Hello,

Lately i have been getting this message at every startup.

with multiple variations possible.

Sometimes it says within the same box:

"Color management mode is changed from 1 to 2"

And then below:

"Color management mode is changed from 2 to 1"

But it always comes down to the message: 

OCIO Error: 'Color space 'srgb texture' could not be found.'

Anyone who knows a possible cause?
