Object disappeared in viewport

Hello,

 

I'm new to 3ds Max. I'm learning to model a lamp. I can't remember which key I pressed, the object is kinda disappeared in the viewport. Could anyone give me some suggestions on this? I have attached a file for reference too. Thank you.

I tryied all the solutions listed above, but for me worked just this one

Thank you guys for all your help here.. I was struggling with this situation for so long, even it was difficult to explain to GOOGLE what i wanted to find! and I press only T and everything is back, I had only one viewport that did not broke like that and I was worring I will soon loose all scene! THANK you a lot and I will come here more offten 🙂
