Nothing appear on my rendering

Hello guys,,

I am still new in vray at max and i really need help..

Appearing like this when i render on my new laptop

I had reinstalled the max 2015 and vray 3.2..

but still appeared as it is...

If anyone know the caused for this...please help me.

-  have a second look at your camera position and be sure there's no object blocking the view

-  and or try to merge your scene to a new file

I did try both ways but remain the same...do u think is it because of the
operating system..

i am running 3dsmax 2015 on win 10 pro

it has nothing to do with your Operating System, if you can share the file in here for physical checking, it would be better

Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,

It sort of looks like it's rendering the wrong viewport.  Is the camera/viewport locked in your F10 render settings?  (Top)  The attachment didn't work here, but if you try again I'd be happy to take a look.  Thanks!
