neon light two colours/colors

i have create a text and extruded it added neon light but i can only use one colour/color is there away to add a two colour/color effect? i want blue on the top and red underneath

i was following mr blue summers tutortials. attached below.

This is very easy to fabricate.

Use an OSL array map and dial in the colors you need, then set the faces to the ID's on the mesh.

Trigger it with an index controller calling matID via Material ID OSL map to emission color.

This way you need only 1 material and can avoid multi sub material which is not recommended to use.

that doesn't work with the text i have tried. i was trying to build a plinth with a sphere and the text the world is yours bent around it, if you have seen the scarface movie,

So thats the front face of the letters that illuminates GI.

I setup that in this illustration with the array map in emission.

Used my Triplanar map for diffuse.
