My 3ds Max doesnt save the model correctly

I dont know why, but when I open my 3ds max archive some parts didnt save correctly. One arm of the model always loose his mirrow(easy fix, i just disactive and active it again and it works) and the the body looses his mirror(half the body goes missing so I have to do the same as with the arm) and the UVW dissapear so my UV doesnt work well. I tried to save the UVW apart as I did with other parts but for some reason that save also goes nuts and doesnt work either.

I dont knwo what am I doing wrong but I tried to save it a lot of times and when I open it its always the same. As you can see on the renders below, the correct version and the error one

How do I solve this?
