Moving Buttons in Modifier Sets

Hello,
I want to make the "modifier sets" buttons that I created in the Modify section of the interface an independent panel. So I want to move and drag it anywhere on the screen. Like creating a toolbar.
Is there a way to pin the place I marked in red to the green one on the screen? I tried to show what I wanted with screenshots. Is there a way to this?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Sincerely.

Hi!
I think I was able to create the toolbar I wanted to create. I have no coding knowledge and I did this entirely with ChatGPT. Maybe there might be someone who needs this. That's why I wanted to share it here.
Save the text file with .ms extension and copy the script to the "...Autodesk\3ds Max 2024\scripts\Startup" file path, it will run every time Max starts up.

Enjoy

It looks like this and you can pin it wherever you want on the screen. There is a small problem: The panel does not behave as a dockable due to the large number of buttons. When you reduce the number of buttons, it becomes dockable. However, if you want to move it to the left or right of the screen, right-click on the panel and select the desired location from the Dock menu!

Enjoy
