Move and Rotation tools not working in 3ds Max 2017

Hi, I use 3DS Max 2017 and while I was working on my project in my laptop until both move and rotation tools stopped working.

I checked the Selection Lock and it was off, Pivot are still the same, I even reinstalled the whole program (updated it too) and I even checked the preference and they're all normal. I checked with the other 3DS Max available at my University and it works fine and I'm pretty stumped as to why this happens to me.

I have recorded and uploaded the video of me struggling with the move and rotation tool. Scale is fine, it's just those two tools.

It's okay. I restarted my 3DS Max to see if it changes and nope, it didn't. I'm still having the issue with move and rotation tools

Hi,

Select the object, go to Motion Panel, In the Assign Controllers rollout check

If the Position has a Position: XYZ controller assigned to it, if not, click the Assign Controller

Button and from the list choose Position: XYZ. Now if you see that the Position: XYZ is already

Assigned but you cannot move, click the + sign to expand and, individually click the X, Y and Z positions,

And for each one click the assign controller button and choose Bezier Float.

For the Rotation now, if the controller assigned is not Euler XYZ, click the assign controller button and

Choose it from the list. And like before, if you see that it's already assigned, expand the list and for each element

Assign the Bezier Float
