Hi! I want to ask for help because couldn't find any info regarding this topic. I'm using student version 2022 and my command panel and settings panel (also some other text) look like in the attached pictures. I tried installing 3dsmax 2023 but it didn't help. I also tried to change the font size in the control panel in windows as recommended (my advised size was 250%, I changed to 125%) but my problem remained the same, just the size of the text became smaller. In overall, I don't know wat to do because while learning to use the app I can see only 1/3 or 1/2 of the displayed text, which really slows down my progress because I can't read properly. Hope there is a solution for this, thank you! I'm using a laptop btw, I think this might be the reason of my problem as well.

Hi,

This seems to be a common problem in the past few years, since the advent of 4k screens.
Is your laptop resolution 4k? I have two 4k screens here and Max 20/22.
Before I got two matching screens, one 4k and one 2k screen, they were displaying some irregularities similar to yours too. I now have the recommended resolution (3840 x 2160 at 150% scaling) on both and have not noticed any problems. This is with Max 2020 and Max 2022.
If you are running the recommended resolution and scaling and the problems remain, This leads me to believe that maybe there is something else up with your installation, perhaps UI corruption or something like that.
The recommended cure for that is:

Hopefully this will fix it, or at least this post will bump your thread back up to the top.

Best of luck,
