Missing DLL error 1114

I'm having start up issues with my 3ds max 2018.  I'm running it on Windows 10 64-bit, everything is up to date.  I keep getting an error message saying the following (look at the screenshots) then it would just crash to desktop.  I was given an installer and used that to install 3ds max.  Should I be using something else?  Need help.

There's a clue that this might be related to the Arnold renderer plugin. Could you please try and download+install the latest version of Arnold for 3ds Max (MaxtoA) available on the SolidAngle website?
