What you can do:

• convert existing toolbars into tabs
• create new tabs and easily fill them with action buttons
• rename tabs
• hide and show tabs
• rearrange tabs
• convert tabs to toolbars

miauu's Tab Panel 1.1 is available 

Changelog:
 
+ NEW: Added Toolbars mode. When it is ON all tabs except the currently active will be converted to regular toolbars, so you can access them as any other toolbars.
 
+ NEW: Added Restart Tab Panel.

+ NEW: Added Tab Styles. You can change the appearance of the active tab and the border of all tabs.
