Material editor error in 3dsMax2020. OSL/stdosl.h error

When the program starts, it immediately produces a Material Editor error. When working with Material Editor, 3ds Max closes and crashes.

I just wanted to check back with you to see how you had resolved this issue.

1. Did you reset your 3ds Max preferences entirely?

2. Did you log into your Autodesk Account and download and install the latest update for your copies of 3ds Max?

考虑是软件的安装路径含有非英文字符所致，我也是遇到了同样的问题，将软件安装到纯英文的路径下就解决了
