MassFX on a conforming object?

Does anyone know if MassFX can conform with an animated conforming object. Say if you have an ocean with waves and you want a boat to float on it.

Check the part in video where Louis says "Animated Surface" and water simulation.

Especially to the end you can see the object hits water, makes a splash and waves.
