Making a vector graphics file from wireframe render

Hello

I have been tasked with making a 2 colour render / vector graphics file to be printed on vinyl.

• Image should be black and white (with white being transparent and black being vector lines)

• 300dpi Image or SVG vector file
  

Does anyone know how to do this?
I am sorry but I dont know which forum to put this in.
