Legal concerns and permission from Autodesk

Does anyone here know if i need special permissions from Autodesk to make tutorials about any of their products, specifically 3ds Max and post online via blog/Youtube? What are the legal implications of this? Would be great if someone from the company could advise me.

Not AD as such, but...
AIUI if you have a commercial license then there are no issues. If you have any other license then there's a problem because the EULA explicitly precludes using the products "for profit". Youtube, for example, is funded by advertising, so your tutorial (assuming a non-commercial license) would essentially be generating income for youtube, which would be a breach of the EULA. The fact that it's Youtube, not you, who is making that profit is immaterial.
So the simple answer is that if you have a commercial license go for it, if not, don't.

IMHO the internet is a poor substitute for an actual lawyer.  If it's that important, consult one.
