Lacking of windows Qt platform plugin , The software can not be intiated , please tell me one solution to this issue!

After several minutes , the software was installed properly and operated normally, but after several start- ups, when restarting the software, the dialogue box popping up shows that the windows lacks the Qt Platform plugin initiating the software.   Anybody can explain such kind of technical issue ?

It's possible you have some system files that are corrupted or some kind of defense software has blocked the installation of key files needed for your interface.  This error is probably coming from Windows.  Does it work if you disable your anti-virus or defense software?  (Just temporarily?)  

Another possibility is that 3dsmax is trying to install some files but cannot.  Can you try running 3dsmax as administrator?
