Installing Max 2017: One Issue Resolved

Thought I'd post here about an issue I had installing max 2017 and what seems to have resolved it.

I ran through the installation twice and after running through the full download and installation process

it rolled back everything.

I had been saving the web installer file in a folder on a non-operating system drive.

I thought I'd try to save/run it from my main OS drive downloads folder and it installed as it should.

Thought it might be helpful to some.
