I need help registering Gmax v1.1! D:

I'm trying to do this for the Trainz Asset thingy... The entire website is so different! 😧 The link that Auran gave me to register it no longer works. Can anybody help me? :C (I'm posting in 3ds Max because it seems like it would be related to Gmax... ) Thanks! 😄
