How to freeze transform in 3DS MAX. I know we can select model then press Alt + right click, and then we can select freeze transformation. Then 3DS MAX create will new parameter controller which can be access in motion panel. Now I want to know how can I change the value of X, Y, and Z axis which present in the bottom bar. How can I change the value of bottom X, Y, Z bar to zero.

What do you mean by "value of bottom X, Y, Z bar to zero"? The first three rows of the transform matrix for an object define the direction of the object's pivot x,y, z vectors.  If the pivot is aligned to the Word this would yield:

[1,0,0][0,1,0][0,0,1]

You can see these values by selecting the object and typing $.transform.

Of course, if the object is a child of another object these value would be relative to its parent.

I don't know about the 3DS MAX but in MAYA when we set the value of the object to transform to zero. It change all the values to zero axis. This thing I want in 3DS MAX also.

By "It change all the values to zero axis. " do you mean that you want to change the Absolute World rotation values for x,y,z are 0.0, 0.0, 0.0?

If so, do you want to align the object or its pivot to the world?

I want to align the object. But you can tell me both will come handy in the future.

If I understand what you want to do I would just use the align tool by first creating a box in world coordinates and then reference it with Tools, Align, Align (or Alt A) then click the box as the target.  Uncheck the position box and check the orientation boxes.

Go to the Hierarchy tab and click Affect Pivot Only then Align to World.
