How to Flip the Edges in 3ds max?

Is there any way how can I do this operation in 3ds max?

In max it's called "Turn" and is available in an Editable Mesh and the Edit Mesh modifier.  Click on "Turn" and then the edge you want to Turn.

Also try Spin edge in Editable Poly.

Spin edge mentioned above is actually better because it works even in polys at mesh boundaries.
