3ds Max 2020 is not available to download for educational license, just 21-24. I downloaded Max 2020 where Autodesk told me to, but get an error on the load screen and Max will not open-

I know older educational versions are available when having issues with Revit.
Am I able to validate the Max 2020 I just downloaded or is there somewhere I can get the educational Max 2020?
