Application error 3ds max 2024

Hello, I'm a student, all my software is licensed, with a student subscription, this problem happened,
installed licensed 3ds max 2024, put on corona 11, licenses everywhere, everything worked fine, and today 3d max stopped starting, it gives an Application error, I’ve already tried all the solutions from the Internet, and I deleted the Enu folder and the folder with plugins too, and renamed them , and delete the corona 11, nothing helps, I thought about reinstalling just Max, but for some reason the uninstaller did not want to recognize my product as licensed, well, okay, these are the problems of the autodesk itself, no matter how much you ask, it always renews the subscription for only a couple of months, so that there were problems with this before, but everything worked well, in general, I can’t remove the max in the correct way, only manually, and this, as you know, does not have a favorable effect on the cleanliness of the system, and I don’t want to use this option yet, I hope that everything solve it anyway, please help me, perhaps someone has already had a similar problem, who solved it and how?

That does sound annoying.  You probably want to post this on the Installation & Licensing forum.  This problem sounds like something more in their wheelhouse.  

You can check the cause of application errors in the event viewer.  You can also view the max logs.  It might help shed some light on the situation.
