I have purchase a city Kitabash3|D model and it comes in native Max formate and specialized for VRay as that's what I use. I would like to know how do I go about applying textures? Maps are already pre loaded in Multi/Sub Object and connected correctly but my models are not showing any maps in standard shaded mode or on render. I have "Show textures in viewport" checked on too. How do |I connect this multi object map sistem to my city models? Thank yoou in advance.

If you are already confident that the materials have been applied to the buildings by using the eyedropper in the material editor on an object in the scene, then check to make sure that "Material Color" is selected in the Shaded section of the Display Tab of your Max scene.  It looks like all of the buildings are showing gray in your scene because "Object color" may be selected instead of "Material Color."   My best guess based on the info you provided.

Thank you very much. I can see them in render now which is all that matters and for some reason still not in a preview window. But that helped thank you.
