hotkey file open failed

After the update to 3ds max 2020.2 I lost my personal hotkey.
I can't load my hotkey file, error appears (file open failed)
I make a new hotkey file, I save it and when I re-open a file it doesn't load it and it gives an error.

What happen??

Thanks for reaching out with your issue, can you give us more info: 

1. what file type are you trying to open: the legacy .kbdx or the new .hsx (2020.1)?
2. if it is the .kbdx, from which version of 3ds Max is it originating from?
3. when making a new hotkey file, are you using the new Hotkey Editor dialog?

I can try to load it and see what is possibly wrong with your hotkey file(s) if you can share it, you can PM me.

Error loading, re-create and save and do not load when reopening another scene, I try to open and error.

The file is hsx and I use the new hotkey editor.
