green screen

Hi,

I have a few green screen videos. Is there a way to import them into 3ds max 2015 and take away the green backround, then lay it over the 3d world?

Thanks!

That's usually something reserved for post production using Premiere, After Effects, etc.

I can't think of a way to key out a color in 3ds Max.  Maybe it can be scripted or something?  May take a custom shader... I found a plugin for Max 6 that does this, but I doubt it would work = http://scripts.breidt.net/chroma.html  Maybe more searching could turn up a useable solution.

What render engine are you using?

You can also try Autodesk Composite available at the Exchange Apps site.
