Hello @Anonymous,
Thank you for the screenshots and extra information. I believe the problem here is that the scripts were made for a different version of 3ds Max than you are using. I'll do by best to detail this below.
VrayMtlConverter: This is a great script I remember from my time doing viz work, but the problem is that it's only supported up to 3ds Max 2012 and for Vray versions up to 2.X. (So the current version 3 isn't supported based on the documentation on scriptspot.)
You might try the script called MultyConverter to see if it works in 2015 or if you are using Vray and just need to convert to Vray Materials, you can use the Vray Scene Converter that exists as part of your standard installation in the right click quad menu. Or, you can appeal to the author of the script to update it for 2015.
If you have Max questions in general, I'm here and happy to help. I can help find solutions for your problems or offer workarounds if things aren't working. Don't be shy to post here, I'll do whatever I can to help. All that being said, what is it that you are looking to do with the scripts? Maybe I can help find another way. Let's work together to find a way to make this happen for you.
Best Regards,
