Files open with Windwos 11 machines but not Windows 10

In 3ds max 2024 my file will only open with computers with windows 11 on it but not windows 10 . These file use new Boolean tool and Railclone extensively. Also double checked and all computer have proper plugins only common this different is windows 10(even machine with exact same config just diff windows). Well and of course running 3ds max 2024 fresh install..No other software has same issue so its either Autodesk problem or the plugins.

So I have suspicion its the new Boolean modifier..So don't use it unless you plan on collapsing it in a working file.

Sad I thought it was almost as good blenders booelan tool.
