File Problems With .max

Hey everyone, hope this message finds you well

The following error appears everytime I open this file, if anyone can provide any help regarding this matter, please do not hesitate. It's very urgent please. Many thanks

It looks like perhaps that file is corrupted.  You can try to File->Merge to see if you can see the contents of the file.  If not, the file is likely unrecoverable.  If it's a file you created locally you might have a backup in the autoback folder.  This article might have more info for you.
