Error loading Plugin dll

I recently installed a plugin PheonixFD from Choas group , now after installation i get this error " Error Loading plugin dll ..Pheonix2.dlr failed to initialize .Error Code 126 ,the specified module could not be found " i have Also put Pheonix2.dlr in vray plugins folder. plz help 🙂

Can 3ds max 2016 run on windows 10? because in the requirements Microsoft® Windows® 7 (SP1), Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Professional operating system

Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,

For questions about 3rd party plugins, it's best to go to the forum pages of the people who make it... in this case Chaosgroup.  I can tell you that your Phoenix FD version and your Vray version are both woefully out of date and that is probably the cause of the issue.  You should update them and it will solve the problem, or possibly you are installing the wrong version of Phoenix FD into Max.  Either way, please contact Chaosgroup for help on this issue.  Thanks!
