Edit spline after Path Deform Binding

Hello,

 

I performed a Path Deform Binding with a Helix, and the result was satisfactory. However, I now need to convert the output of the Path Deform Binding into an Editable Spline so that I can make some edits and add additional lines.

Is this possible? I've made several attempts, but every time I try to convert my Helix with Path Deform Binding, the Editable Spline ends up positioned before the Path Deform Binding, making it impossible to edit.

I want to edit the purple line. (See attachment.) 3ds Max 22

Instead of using the Path Deform WSM modifier use the Path Deform modifier.

Now right-click on Path Deform and select Collapse All

The result is an editable spline.
