Hi, good time; in 3dsmax 2018 Display unit isn't active, and I can't set the unit. How could I fix it?

Well, isn't the best solution, but if you rename your ENU folder, does it fix it?

Well, isn't the best solution, but if you rename your ENU folder, does it fix it?

Hi really  thanks for your detailed answer  surprisingly after I unchecked  run as an administrator in 3ds max it was fixed
