In Actually There is No Tools in 3ds Max to Do this , but I found plugins to do some thing like this :

Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community,

Bobo wrote a script ages ago called DIMaster2 which does this sort of thing in the viewport.  Since this script isn't made by Autodesk I can't provide support on it but I wanted to mention it to you.  I use it all the time.  I hope that helps!

Otherwise, @Anonymous is correct there is no native tool for that.
