The error message says that it couldn't find the resource in the localized resource file. The localized resource files are stored in the root folder (this one would beC:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2014\en-US\stdplugs\stdscripts\CharacterPluginObject.ms.res), so deleting the user folder won't help here. If this is the only error messages and no other problems are there, you can either replace the .res file (see the attached file) or rename the .ms file if you don't use the character asembly helper. However, it could also be a part of a bigger problem (are there other changes like this to the main 3ds max folder?) so in that case reinstalling would be a better solution.

i m problem so that 3ds max 2018 on next download for Cebas of this (tp_unregister tp_hallo   --unregister before you make changes in the plugin, you can test the code on tp runtime). Please send me as early.... Thanking you
