converting 3ds Max file without the application?

Hello,

Very new to the community. I've purchased a model to use in a project that I'm work on. But the possed model I need is .max.Mobdro 

I just need to bring the file into my scene Kodi in Keyshot, bluehost but .max in not accepted in Keyshot 5. I'm trying to convert the .max into .obj file.

I've tried loading 3ds Max, but could not successfully do it. Is there anywhere, or anyway to get the files convert to .obj?

You said you could load 3ds Max, but can't process the file. Which version of 3ds Max is it?
