Hi!
I recently bought a new laptop.
I installed the Autodesk Building Design Premium 2017 package.
I'm having trouble running two of the software packages, 3ds max and Autodesk Showcase.
I believe there is some incompatibility with my laptop's video card. I'm using Nvidia Gforce RTX.
I need help to solve this problem.

Can you describe the trouble you're having?  It is hard to diagnose an issue without understanding what is happening when you run the software.

Good morning.
I recently changed my laptop and uninstalled the entire Autodesk Building Design Suit Premium 2017 package from my old laptop, where all the software ran perfectly.
I had no problems installing the package on my new laptop, but when I tried to run 3ds Max and Autodesk Showcase, the programs opened the home screen, which remained open for a few seconds and then closed.

Atualmente eu uso um Dell G15 5530

Acredito que o problema que estou tendo refere-se à placa de video.
Preciso de ajuda para fazer com que o 3ds max rode na placa Nvidia GeDorce RTX

Bom dia.
Recentemente troquei de laptop e desinstalei todo o pacote Autodesk Building Design Suit Premium 2017 do meu laptop antigo, onde todos os softwares rodavam perfeitamente.
Não tive problemas para instalar o pacote no meu novo laptop, mas quando tentei executar o 3ds Max e o Autodesk Showcase, os programas abriram a tela inicial, que permaneceu aberta por alguns segundos e depois fechou.
