change default perspective FOV value forever

good morning

Daily task: switch the perspective viewport fov to 85.00. I do this multiple times a day, because it keeps resetting to its default value of 45.00, which is useless. What even is this value, why is it so narrow. 

Is there some file where I can set the default value from 45.00 to 85.00 permanently? I want it to NEVER reset to 45.00 again.

Did you already try setting as explained in this post https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/3ds-max-forum/changing-viewport-fov-by-specific-value-in-3ds-max-2017...

AND then saving the file as a Maxstart.max file?

Thank you, that's not too bad. Now my scene always starts with my preferred settings.

I'm not too sure if the value will jump back to 45.00 FOV, but it'll do for now.
