Can you guys at AD explain why have you locked out 3ds max documentation? Did you do this for Russia only? or are there any other countries on your list?

You could download the offline files, or use a web proxy or VPN.  They don't seem to sell 3dsmax in Russia. Maybe they don't want to deal with Russian web traffic or something might be happening on your end like an extension acting up.
