Cannot enable 3DS Max Interactive Live Camera Tracking in 3DS Max 2021

I have the latest version of 3DS Max and Max Interactive installed.  The DCC link is installed and working.  When I try to connect to Interactive, the connection works and I can Level Send and Level Sync.  However, Live Camera Tracking, Update, Live Transform Tracking and Connect options are greyed out.  When I click on level sync settings, I get a runtime error and the script editor opens (see attached.)  When I am disconnected and click on  "Connect Options" I get a different runtime error and the script editor opens once again.

How can I fix this??
