can't find loop tools on 3ds max 2017

I can not find loop tools in 3ds max 2017. Do was erased or hidden? I would like you to explain to me, kindly, how to find that option, I looked in the FAQ of 3ds max 2017 but the option is not displayed as it is explained there. Here a screenshot to watch that I am not joking and i can not give with the blessed button! My greetings to all of you cordially. Al

Did you try ALT+L ?

The LOOP and RING buttons are still availabale at the Control Panel .

For graphite selection tools use the "ModifySelection" separator.

I'm having the same issue in 2018. Odd because I was just using it not that long ago.
