Can not upload scene error 3ds Max 2017

Today I was ready to upload my scene to A360 Cloud Render, but than 3ds Max told me that it could not been uploaded to A360 Cloud Render. I tried many time,and also with different versions, computers and accounts. No chance to be uploaded. I am using 3dsmax 2017 with mental Ray. Afterwards i tried a scene that i have rendered in the cloud in January 2019 (where mental Ray, was also not supported by Autodesk anymore) which i knew that it worked well. But even here it was no longer possible.

Please help me! I don't know how to continue. Has anyone the same issue?

And by the way, I reinstalled 3dsmax with all components multiple times!!

Thanks for answering, unfortunately this is not helpful for me. I have read through multiple times before.
